SYNOPSIS

The « SS Norway », USA. The metamorphosis of a mythical cruiseliner… The « France », inaugurated by General de Gaulle in 1960 and purchased in 1979 by a Norwegian ship owner who transformed it in Bremenhaven, Germany. It thus became the « Norway ». Since then, as long as the Eiffel Tower, as high as the Arc de Triomphe, it sails the seas once more… For one week « Kaléidoscope » cruises from Miami to the Caribbean. A view of nautical life, which has been profoundly democratised since 1960. There are meetings with passengers and crew alike. Both the Chief Machinist and the Chef are energetic characters with plenty of stories to tell… The cruise is entertaining, the menu a surprise and so it flows !
